When do you need a door opening?

It can happen because you've lost your keys, a key has snapped inside the cylinder, the cylinder is jammed, or you've accidentally locked yourself out with the keys inside. How we carry out the opening

Before we touch anything, we'll ask you over the phone what type of lock you have and how the problem happened, so we bring the right tools. Whenever possible, we open the door without damaging the lock or the door itself, using non-destructive techniques suited to each type of cylinder. If the mechanism is badly worn or has already been forced, we'll explain your options before doing anything: repair it, replace the cylinder, or fit a whole new lock. We never start work without you knowing what we're going to do.
