Privacy Policy

Data we process

Through the contact form and WhatsApp we may process your name, phone number and the content of your message, solely to respond to your enquiry.

Contact form

Data processed: name, phone number and/or email address, area, service and message you give us in the contact form, together with your (truncated) IP address and browser, which we log for security purposes and to prevent automated (spam) submissions.

Purpose: responding to your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote or advising you on the service you need.

Legal basis: your consent when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, regarding the preparation of a quote at your request, the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you as the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention: data submitted through the contact form is kept for 6 months from the last contact, unless the enquiry becomes a client relationship, in which case the relevant statutory retention periods would apply.

Recipients: your data is not shared with third parties. Our web hosting and email provider (Hostinger) only accesses it as a data processor, in order to provide us with the technical service.

Security and anti-spam: your IP address is stored truncated (without the last segment), and the submission-limit checks are based on a value produced by applying a cryptographic function (hash) with an additional key (salt), not on the original IP address.

Your rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time by writing to hola@okeycerrajeros.es. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you feel we haven't properly dealt with your request.

Browsing and analytics data

If you give us your consent in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and how the website is used (for example, clicks on the call or WhatsApp buttons) so we can improve it. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
